FRAME COAT FAUSTO NAVY
The Frame Coat combines an elongated, refined silhouette with considered protection for colder conditions. Crafted from lightweight technical nylon and filled with premium white goose down, it features a high stand collar and detachable hood for versatile wear throughout the winter season. An internal drawcord at the waist allows the silhouette to be adjusted, while the hood can be tightened for additional protection. Precise topstitching traces the coat's construction, bringing a distinctive technical character to its streamlined design.

Production
We handcraft all our products at our factories, which makes it possible for us to control each item’s quality. We handle each order individually for every client. Depending on the style, it takes from 2 to 12 business days to produce the order and prepare the item for shipping.

Packaging
All purchases made at ienki-ienki.com will be gift wrapped in our signature packaging.
Every item is delicately wrapped and packaged in a special reusable bag, which can afterwards be used in daily life. The bags are made by our design studio from the left-over materials used in our collections.
For gifts, you may add a personalised message to the recipient before finishing your order.

Delivery & Returns
Order Processing
In-stock items are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Made-to-order items are made within 5 to 10 business days and dispatched once ready.
Delivery
Delivery usually takes up to 10 days after dispatch. We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP): import duties and taxes are covered by us. We do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Cancellations
Free within 30 minutes of purchase. After that, a 4.7% bank processing fee is deducted from the refund. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with all tags attached. Contact customercare@ienki-ienki.com and we will send you a prepaid DHL label; its cost is deducted from your refund. Your first exchange is free of charge.
