Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY
Shipping may take up to approximately 10 days, depending on the destination.
Please note that we currently do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
Order Processing
Items that are in stock are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Made-to-order items are prepared and dispatched within 3 to 11 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During sale periods and holidays, order processing may take slightly longer due to increased demand.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your delivery details and a tracking link.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to become available after your order has been shipped.
RETURNS
We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
All items must be returned in their original condition.
