Every item is delicately wrapped and packaged in a special reusable bag, which can afterwards be used in daily life. The bags are made by our design studio from the left-over materials used in our collections.
For gifts, you may add a personalised message to the recipient before finishing your order.

We handcraft all our products at our factories, which makes it possible for us to control each item’s quality. We handle each order individually for every client. Depending on the style, it takes from 2 to 12 business days to produce the order and prepare the item for shipping.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
At the moment shipping time may take up to approximately 10 days. We do not ship to Russia or Belorussia.
Stock items are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Make-to-order are packed and shipped within 3-11 business days.
Transit time is measured in business days which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Note: We get backlogged during sale events and holidays which could delay the fullfilment.
How to Track Shipped Orders
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please, note that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
We will gladly accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 calendar days of the date in which items are delivered to you.
